Privacy Policy
How Primordial Paradigm collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this site.

Who we are
Primordial Paradigm (“we”, “us”) is the trading name of an independent freelance consultant based in India. It is not a registered company. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy, and you can reach us about it at contact@primordialparadigm.com.
This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
What we collect
When you submit the Project Intake form, we collect the information you choose to enter: your name or company name, email address, optionally a phone or WhatsApp number, your selected service focus areas, and any project details you write in the objectives field.
The form also contains a hidden field that people never see or fill in; it exists only to catch automated spam and is never included in what you send.
Like every website, our web host also records basic technical information when you visit a page (see “Hosting and server logs” below).
How we use it
Information you send through the form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your inquiry, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Legal basis
We process your details on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form before sending, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing us to stop contacting you and delete your details.
How it’s transmitted
The intake form compiles your responses into a “Project Dossier” directly in your browser. Depending on which option you choose, it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message or a pre-filled email in your own mail client. The form itself does not send your data to or store it on this website’s server. It goes from your browser to WhatsApp or your email provider, the same as if you had typed the message yourself.
Service providers
- Hostinger hosts this website, its content delivery network, and our email inbox. Emails you send us are stored in that inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries any message you choose to send us that way, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Freelance platforms: if you contact or hire us through a freelance marketplace, that platform’s own privacy policy also applies to what you share there.
No form-backend, analytics, or advertising service is in use. If one is added, it will be named here before it goes live.
Hosting and server logs
When you load a page, Hostinger’s servers automatically record standard technical details: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, are kept for a limited period under Hostinger’s own policies, and are not used by us to identify or profile visitors.
The fonts on this site are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.
Data retention
- Inquiries that don’t become a project: we delete the resulting WhatsApp or email conversation within 12 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
- Clients: project correspondence and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require (typically six to eight years), then deleted.
Copies held in your own email account or WhatsApp are under your control, not ours.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, or stop contacting you.
Email contact@primordialparadigm.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in India and not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the EU or UK, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR, which you can exercise the same way.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or analytics cookies. If that changes, a consent banner and an update to this section will come with the change.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
