Primordial Paradigm (“we”, “us”) is the trading name of an independent freelance consultant based in India. It is not a registered company. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Use of this site
This website gives you information about Primordial Paradigm’s services and lets you start a conversation about a potential engagement. Submitting the intake form is an inquiry, not a binding request for work. An engagement begins only once both sides agree on scope and price in writing.
No guaranteed outcomes
Case studies and results shown on this site (including any marked “Illustrative example”) describe the kind of work we do and the kind of outcomes that are achievable. They are not a promise of specific results for your organization; every dataset and organization is different.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Primordial Paradigm. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Deliverables produced for a client (Power BI files, data models, dashboards, and code) are governed by that engagement’s own agreement, not by these terms.
Engagement terms
Scope, pricing, timeline, payment, and ownership of deliverables for paid work are set out in a separate written agreement once we’ve discussed your needs. These site-wide terms don’t define the terms of a specific engagement.
If you hire us through a freelance marketplace, that platform’s terms and the contract made there govern the engagement. Where they conflict with these terms, the platform’s terms apply.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided “as is”, for general information only, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from decisions made based on its general content, including indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

This site links to other websites, including our own tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites run by others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India. Engagements agreed through a freelance marketplace follow that platform’s dispute process.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the site or our services change; the “Last updated” date above shows when. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
